It’s Wisconsin Private College Week, the perfect opportunity for high school students, transfer students, returning adults, and their families to road trip from city to city and take in some of the most attractive college campuses across the state.
Throughout the week, which kicked off yesterday and ends Friday, 24 of Wisconsin’s private universities roll out the red carpet with a plethora of visit options and helpful information for college-bound visitors.
Here at Concordia, we host a total of 10 “Taste of Concordia” events—one each day at 9 a.m. and another at 1 p.m.—that historically have drawn upwards of 150 prospectives throughout the week.
If you’re already registered for a Taste of Concordia session, here’s a peek at what you can expect from the experience. If you haven’t yet registered, space is still available on Thursday and Friday.
8:30 a.m. / 12:30 p.m. | Pharmacy Atrium
Help yourself to refreshments, review the materials in the folders you’ll receive once you arrive, and get to know some of our friendly Admission staff.
9 a.m. / 1 p.m. | Pharmacy 008
Learn more about what makes the Concordia experience uncommon—the values that shape who we are and the students who make Concordia their home away from home. Our Admission staff will also share important steps in the enrollment process including admission, financial aid, orientation, and housing.
9:45 a.m. / 1:45 p.m.
Join our Student Ambassadors for a walking tour of campus. They’ll show you all the top spots on campus and share their favorite experiences as Concordia students.

See Concordia through the eyes of some of our distinguished faculty. They’ll share their expectations for their students, ways they interact with students both in and out of the classroom, and why they love teaching at Concordia.
