Congratulations to CUW’s September Student of the Month, Economics major, Yannik Gruner!
The CUW faculty have selected Yannik Gruner as the September Student of the Month. Yannik is a senior Economics major with a minor in Finance. He was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Karl Rove event on campus this spring, including logistics, transportation, accommodation, and acting as liaison with the speaking agency. He also handled the academic reception and introduced the event in the auditorium, serving as the student host, and has coordinated other events on campus. Yannik has also previously served in the Student Government Association as treasurer and will be SGA president for this school year. He is also a student research assistant, where he is already at a graduate student level of professionalism. Yannik is truly an outstanding young man of character.
