Prospective students come to campus to get a taste of life at Concordia University Wisconsin this week.
Private College Week is well underway on the CUW campus. Each year, CUW hosts a “Taste of Concordia” for prospective students. The idea is to give those interested in attending here a preview of what life is like at CUW.
“Over 60 high school students and their families received a Taste of Concordia during Private College Week. Concordia University Wisconsin celebrated Private College Week by opening its doors for a week full of campus tours, faculty engagement, and sampling local cuisine,” said CUW Director of Enrollment Alex Riehle.
Sessions include an extended campus tour, faculty panel discussions, and special presentations by the Admissions team. Visitors can choose from a morning or afternoon session.
Always welcome
Of course, Taste of Concordia is not the only time potential future students can visit and get a special experience.
“Throughout the summer, CUW hosts opportunities for prospective students, families, and community members to visit the campus twice daily,” Riehle added. “The staff in the CUW Visit Center work to create an Uncommon campus visit experience for everyone.”
“The majority of the visitors leave glowing reviews about the interactions they had with the student tour guides, faculty, and staff,” Riehle said. “As a result, most of the high school students who tour campus will submit applications to the CUW.”
Private College Week activities are fully booked for this year. If you’d like to schedule a visit for another time, just visit www.cuw.edu/visit.
