For the third straight year, Concordia University Wisconsin has been named among the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's best places to work.
Twice is nice, but three times in a row? We definitely must be doing something right! As 2020 was the first time we entered, that makes us “undefeated” as a great place to work. Congratulations, team CUW, on once again being identified for this wonderful honor!
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s annual “Top Workplaces” list showcases 75 outstanding Southeastern Wisconsin businesses, named for being great places to work. Companies are rated on qualities such as leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, benefits, and the impact company policies have on innovation and morale. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“This honor really just confirms what those of us who work here have known all along: that Concordia University Wisconsin is a very special place work,” said CUW Interim President Dr. William Cario. “This is a result of having a group of faith-minded people striving toward a common goal, and that is to glorify Christ in everything we do.”
Thanks again to all of our amazing employees. We love you, we appreciate you, and we’re looking forward to another great year together equipping students in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the church and the world.
