Entrepreneurs looking to accelerate their business, brand and career are invited to attend a morning conference, presented by Life Empowered Consulting Services, on Concordia University Wisconsin’s campus.


The conference, titled “Entrepreneur In You 2017,” will take place Oct. 7 from 8 a.m. to noon in the Terrace Room on Concordia’s Mequon campus, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive.

“Entrepreneur In You 2017” will equip business professionals with tools, resources and strategies for business development, promotion and success. Attendees will hear a keynote address on tapping into their inner entrepreneur, as well as four Ted Talk-style presentations from experienced professionals in the area.The mission of LECS is to reach, encourage and motivate others to access and utilize their God-given talents and skills to create better families, companies and communities. They do this by providing guidance, motivational ideas and activities through events like the “Entrepreneur In You” conference.

“My time at Concordia helped me recognize and cultivate my gifts so that I can be in the place where I am today,” says Cuffie, who received her undergraduate degree from Concordia in 2009 and a double major in 2012. “It’s now a goal of mine to extend the same to business professionals so that they might be empowered to live a complete and fulfilling life.”
