Instead of canceling the traditional, one-day Admitted Student experience due to COVID-19 restrictions, the undergraduate admissions team at Concordia University Wisconsin did the exact opposite. They extended the celebration to a week, moved it online, and expanded the programming to offer more opportunities for students and their parents to engage with the university and with other students and families to start to feel at home at Concordia.
Over the course of Admitted Student Week (April 20-25), admitted students will be offered eight different sessions focused on different aspects of Concordia life and opportunities to connect with other incoming students.
“Our Admissions team remains committed to providing a 5-star experience to all of our prospective students,” says Amy Flavin, event coordinator within the Office of Admissions. “We are especially focused on providing personalized and interactive opportunities because that really represents the heart of what the Concordia experience truly is.”
