It’s hard to believe anything could top “Popcorn Fridays,” but, honestly, the weekly ritual wouldn’t be complete without a warm smile from Sue Knaus. With her desk situated right in the sight line of CUW’s Office of Student Success entrance, she’s frequently the first face students will see, and there’s no one better to be on the front lines of student needs. Sue is the embodiment of a humble servant. There’s no task too small. She always goes the extra mile to help CUW students feel at home.
