She’s one of two friendly faces you’ll see when visiting the Office of the President. Along with Katrina Sisti, Lisa Mariani sets the tone for all of President Ankerberg’s guests. And there’s arguably no better person to serve as the “face” of Concordia’s head administrative office. During her 3 1/2 years at Concordia, Lisa has been known to lead with a big heart. She always greets others with a warm smile, her love of the Lord on full display.

What makes you excited about your job at Concordia?

The Christian faith! Concordia is the only place I have ever worked where people walk down the hall and say things like, “I am praying for you.” I also have the opportunity to encourage/pray with students, parents and employees when they share personal things.
