CUW's classrooms and hallways are full of hundreds of new faces this semester, and 12 of those are new, full-time faculty members.
All new faculty are committed Christians who hold advanced degrees in their academic areas (10 of them with terminal degrees). At faculty orientation, these newest classroom leaders learned about what excellent teaching means at Concordia, ways to connect Christian faith with their courses, and university expectations for research and scholarship. New faculty members are solidly grounded in Concordia’s mission and well-prepared to help Concordia students develop in mind, body and spirit for service to Christ in the church and in the world.
