I am grateful for Concordia University for many reasons—the people I have met; lifelong friendships I have made; and the meaningful, faith-centered education I have received. This education has helped me maintain my faith and trust in God, and it has opened up many opportunities for me.
I am experiencing firsthand what it means to be a Concordian and am proud to be a part of this amazing community. Through weekly Chapel with my team (Cristina is captain of the CUW women’s volleyball team, a study abroad peer advisor, and co-secretary of Korean Club), to making devotions before games, to travelling across the world to witness the sites of the Bible for my Global Education classes, Concordia has played a large part in helping me maintain my faith and trust in God.
I am grateful to our donors for helping students like me receive an uncommon educational experience that will truly help us make a positive impact on our world. Your generosity enables us to take the next step toward a successful life.
Cristina is earning a degree in exercise physiology with a minor in marketing.
