Educational Administration: Christian Leadership is an innovative program designed for education professionals who want to strengthen their leadership skills while staying rooted in a Christ-centered approach to administration. Whether you are a seasoned educator or an aspiring leader in a faith-based school, this track offers a unique opportunity to blend biblical values with educational leadership.
Program Overview
The Christian Leadership track equips current and future leaders with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual formation needed to guide schools from a Christian perspective. Grounded in Lutheran theology and principles, the program emphasizes servant leadership, preparing graduates to transform their school communities with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to service.
Curriculum highlights include:
- Ethical and moral decision-making rooted in Scripture.
- Developing a Christ-centered philosophy of leadership.
- Integrating faith into all aspects of school administration.
- Advocating for justice, equity, and inclusion from a Christian worldview.

This program is ideal for:
- Current or aspiring administrators in private or faith-based schools.

- Out-of-state school leaders seeking a graduate credential but ineligible for Wisconsin licensure due to federal regulations.
Program Structure
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Christian Leadership track is built for working professionals.
- Credits: 15–30 graduate credits (based on electives and degree path)
- Duration: 1–2 years (2–4 semesters)
- Delivery: 100% online
- Prerequisite: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
