Concordia University will present its annual “Christmas at Concordia” concert in the Chapel of the Christ Triumphant, 12800 North Lake Shore Drive, on Friday and Saturday, December 2 and 3 at 7:30 p.m.
All music ensembles – led by The Symphonic Wind Ensemble, The Alleluia Ringers, Selah and Kammerchor – will come together for this longstanding holiday tradition. Music will include selections from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker according to Music Department Chairman Dr. Louis Menchaca. All tickets for either concert must be reserved – adult tickets cost $15, with individuals 17 and under admitted FREE. Tickets can be reserved via e-mail to music.department@cuw.edu or through Concordia’s automated ticket line by calling 262-243-4243.
Advance tickets for the 90-minute concerts may be purchased by credit card only at www.cuw.edu/Christmasconcert. Tickets purchased this way will be held at will call in front of the chapel and will be available for pickup one hour prior to each concert.
