As a man of faith who also studies qualitative research, it stands to reason that Preston Cosgrove, PhD, would hold interest in the research of faith-learning integration.
Cosgrove serves as an associate professor within Concordia’s School of Education, specifically teaching courses for the Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement (LICI) program. He began at Concordia in 2018 but has worked in higher education since 2006.
Faith-learning research takes a scholarly approach to understanding the relationship between Christian faith and the formation of human knowledge/academic acumen. Cosgrove continues to pursue or participate in research on the topic. Recently, the Council for Christian Colleges and University highlighted recommendations informed by his research in their most recent magazine publication.
