Sometimes we all need a little help or guidance. The Employee Assistance Program is one of your benefits provided by Concordia Plan Services.
You do not need to be enrolled in the health plan, however you do need to be a benefits-eligible employee (3/4 or full-time). Some of the services they offer:
Counselling sessions
Maybe you have a teen who is struggling to fit in. Maybe a new job has changed the dynamics in your marriage. Maybe you haven’t felt like yourself in a long time and you just don’t know where to start. The EAP provides up to 6 free counselling sessions to you and/or members of your household.
Legal Consulting
Whether you are starting a will, navigating a lawsuit or need legal guidance, the EAP provides a 30-minute free consultation, and then discounted services off select fees.
Financial Consultations
Wondering if you should establish a trust? Recently received a settlement or inheritance? Monthly bills squeezing tighter and you want to feel more control? The EAP provides for a 30-minute free consultation and then 25% off tax prep.
Child, Elder & Pet Care
We know that when it comes to caring for your loved ones, emotions run high. Safety, comfort, location, availability and cost are all factors that affect your decisions and it can be overwhelming to navigate through the myriad of options. The EAP provides referral and support services, at no cost to you!
