Interested in learning about what future internship and career opportunities are out there for you? Look no further! There will be 100 employers offering numerous opportunities to college students on Tuesday, February 20th from 3:00-6:00 PM at 3rd Street Market Hall.
Some familiar company names like Aurora Healthcare, Bell Ambulance, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Kohls, Kwik Trip, NorthWestern Mutual, Church Mutual, Alro Steel and Six Flags Great America will be in attendance at WIPCCC.
A cool fact about the venue, 3rd Street Market Hall, is that it has over 19 different food vendors along with having a gaming lounge and consoles, shuffleboards and a giant “turf” with bags/corn hole etc.
Every student should be excited to attend this event because not only will this be a step forward into your future and be able to network, they are also offering free headshots for those who attend! There will also be an after party from 6:00-7:00 PM with the employers along with free appetizers and mocktails. Transportation from the school to 3rd Street Market Hall will take place from 3:30-6:30 PM.

Recently, one alumni, Julian Johnson (’23) got his start at Alro Steel through his two professors who introduced him to go to a career fair happening at the time to introduce himself. Shortly after meeting with the staff at Alro, he got an internship by attending one of the career events which landed him a job post graduation!
