Concordia University Wisconsin has hired two part-time intake and triage coordinators to assist students looking to utilize mental health services.

What is Student Wellness Intake and Triage?

Because Concordia offers such a wide array of mental health and wellness services for students, Intake and Triage Coordinators exist to help students navigate the whole process and connect you with the right resources.

In short: Student Wellness Intake and Triage is the place to start when looking for mental health services!

Intake and triage coordinators can help:

  • Schedule appointments with an on-campus counselor
  • Connect you to other campus resources, such as a life coach, pastoral care, or Evelyn’s Place
  • Facilitate connections between you and off-campus mental health services when needed

How can I connect?

  • Email: studentwellness@cuw.edu
  • Phone: 262-243-2244
  • Location: Albrecht 115

In-person and virtual appointments are available. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but appointments are recommended. Same-day appointments are often available.
