Concordia University is fortunate to have a diverse array of practitioner-scholars teaching in its new Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program. Our professional faculty provide outstanding mentorship. In addition to that, DBA students are also supported by the DBA Operational Support Team.

Get to know our team
Student Engagement Specialist
Gayle Frisque serves as Student Engagement Specialist for the DBA Program. She assists students in registering for courses. Gayle also connects them with various university departments and services as needed. Her role is to help make sure that students have the tools they need to succeed. Gayle has worked in Student Services in CUW’s graduate programs for over a decade. She enjoys working with students and learning their needs and goals. When she knows their needs and goals, she can assist and advocate for them throughout their program.
Coordinator for domestic DBA
Caroline Harris serves as Coordinator for the domestic DBA Program and brings knowledge and experience in the areas of academic advising and program management. She is a seasoned academic professional with extensive experience working in the online and on-campus higher education industry. Caroline applies her skills in the areas of project management, program operations, recruitment, and market research to her work in the DBA Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Language, Literature, and Writing, as well as a master’s degree in Leadership and Liberal Studies.
Caroline enjoys connecting with prospective and current students on a regular basis, and advises students on matters relating to residency preparation, course sequencing, and program progression planning.
Coordinator for the International DBA Program
Tammy Ellison is the newest member of the DBA Support Team and is the Coordinator for the international DBA Program. She has been with Concordia University since 2019 and has been involved in various projects such as managing the reciprocity agreement for distance education regulation for Concordia University. Tammy enjoys the challenge of fostering our DBA program around the world, tailored to the individual needs of each country. With a solid 20 years of business experience, Tammy is ready to assist or innovate wherever needed.
