Did you know that Concordia Health Plans has two telehealth options now?
Both options give you access to licensed, board-certified doctors, physical therapists and mental health professionals via computer, smartphone or tablet from the comfort of your home. Telehealth saves you money!! Depending on the service you choose, it can be free or less expensive than traditional visits. Some common issues that employees use telehealth for are:
- Prescription refills
- Medical questions/referrals
- Treatment for cold/cough or flu
- Skin conditions
- Asthma and allergies
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Psychological issues such as stress or anxiety
The two telehealth options available to CUWAA employee enrolled in Concordia Health Plans are:
1) 98point6
A text-based, 24/7 telehealth option. No cost for Concordia Health Plan members. Photo, video and voice support used when needed.

2) Teladoc (Wisconsin – UMR subscribers)
Video based telehealth option. $10 co-pay for Healthy Me Copay D subscribers, $60 copay for HSA plans. Psychology or Psychiatry services are $75-288, depending on the provider and length of service. After deductible is met, employees pay 20% of the fee.

Dr. on Demand (Michigan – BCBSM subscribers)
Video based telehealth option. $10 co-pay for Healthy Me Copay D subscribers, $49 copay for HSA plans. Psychology or Psychiatry services are $90-220, depending on the provider and length of service. $85 for dermatology services. After deductible is met, employees pay 20% of the fee.
