The CUW faculty have selected Alex Armstrong as the Student of the Month for November 2021.
Alex has been the lead student worker at the CCES for the past two years. In addition to playing an integral role in the operation of the aquaponics system, Alex helped lead a research project exploring a rare Gulf Coast walleye strain from Mississippi.
Beyond his impressive GPA, Alex has been active on campus over the last 4 years both through the basketball team and orchestra where he plays cello.
Alex was nominated by Prof. Mark Schmitz.
