CUW's Computer Science Department Concordia University Wisconsin’s Computer Science Department will host two demonstrations in the month of April, which students are invited to attend.
The first event, “Microcomputers and Microcontrollers,” will be from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, April 7, in the lobby area at the base of the library stairs. Students can view small, inexpensive computers (costs ranging from $5 to $35) and learn about new computer operating systems as individuals demonstrate two Raspberry Pi computers and an Arduino micro controller with output shown on a large television screen.
The second event will be from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, April 21, in the same location. Members of the Computer Science Department will demonstrate two different types of 3D printings, which have the capabilities to produce small, 3D figures.
