Erika L. Hoffman, a senior Rehabilitation Science major from Sherwood, Wisconsin, has been named December’s Student of the Month at Concordia University Wisconsin.


Hoffman plans on enrolling in the Masters of Occupational Therapy program this summer, following a spring semester studying abroad in South Africa.  She has been a longtime volunteer in the therapy room at the Penfield Children’s Center in Milwaukee and at GiGi’s Playhouse of Milwaukee, where she assisted individuals with Down syndrome.

Hoffman worked in Concordia’s Learning Resource Center during the fall semester and is a student member of AOTA.  Possessing a near perfect GPA, she was nominated by Dr. Lois Mueller.
