Celeste Cuffie, founder of Life Empowered Consulting Services, will keynote Concordia University Wisconsin's Living Grace luncheon on Tuesday, June 11 in an address titled "How to Embrace, Empower, and Elevate Each Other."

Cuffie, born and raised in Milwaukee, is a 2006 and 2012 CUW alumnus, the latter when she earned a double MBA in finance and management. This semiannual event will be held from 11-1 p.m. in the Siebert Lutheran Dining Hall on campus, 12800 North Lake Shore Drive, Mequon.

Cuffie’s business specializes in career development, coaching and training. She has authored a motivational book, “Looking Back, then Moving Forward,” that chronicles her leadership insights gained through many years as a leader in corporate America. She enjoyed a progressive and successful career at Johnson Controls, after previously working at Continental Savings Bank and then Associated Bank, where she oversaw the operations and auditing of 10 branches.

Cuffie and her husband have two children, Alyssa, 21 and Zachary, 17.

Individual tickets for Living Grace cost $25. Dr. Tammy Ferry, president’s wife and executive director of institutional effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin, will emcee the luncheon, which serves as a Christian growth and fellowship opportunity for women to support one another in their spiritual walk.

Women interested in attending the June 11 event should RSVP by Monday, June 3 to Michelle Buss, at michelle.buss@cuw.edu.
